OUR APPROACH
We don't treat every piece of information as the same thing.
Your account information helps Dabbies operate your participation. A task submission belongs to the work you completed. Payment information helps us process withdrawals.
Each has a different purpose and may require different controls.
The goal is straightforward: understand what is needed, use it for legitimate purposes and protect it while it moves through the platform.
SIX AREAS
Information needed to create and maintain your Dabbies account, including information such as your name, email address, date of birth and account credentials.
Information connected to your activity on the platform, including tasks accepted, task progress, submission status and relevant activity records.
Material submitted through Dabbies tasks, which may include voice, image, text or video depending on the assignment.
Information associated with your wallet, withdrawal requests and payout account details required to process eligible payments.
Information associated with support, service notifications, task updates, account messages and other communications related to Dabbies.
Certain technical information may be processed to operate, secure, maintain and troubleshoot the platform.
FROM PARTICIPATION TO RECORD
Your account is created so Dabbies can identify and manage your participation.
Your activity becomes associated with the tasks you choose to complete.
The requested contribution enters the submission and review process.
Submissions are reviewed against the requirements of the assignment.
Approved work can result in a reward being credited to your Dabbies wallet.
IMPORTANT DISTINCTION
Information connected to you as a participant, such as account details, participation records, communication and payout information.
The material requested by a task, such as an image, voice recording, text response or video.
These layers may need to be connected during task processing, review, rewards, safety checks or other legitimate platform operations.
ACCESS / CONTROL / SECURITY
Dabbies is designed around controlled access rather than unrestricted access.
Access to account areas requires appropriate authentication.
Different information can be subject to different access permissions.
Information is stored using platform infrastructure intended to restrict unauthorized access.
Platform activity and submissions may be reviewed where necessary for operation, quality, safety or fraud prevention.
CONTRIBUTOR RESPONSIBILITY
Dabbies manages information on the platform. Contributors also have a responsibility when collecting and submitting material.
Follow the requirements attached to every assignment.
Do not deliberately submit another person's private information unless the task specifically permits it.
Respect privacy, consent and safety when collecting real-world material.
Keep your account information accurate and do not intentionally provide false information.
