1. Purpose of This Policy
This Anti-Fraud Policy explains the activities Dabbies considers fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, manipulative, or otherwise harmful to the integrity of the platform.
It also explains the measures Dabbies may take to detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to suspicious activity.
This policy applies to contributors, account holders, referral activity, task participation, submissions, bonuses, withdrawals, and other activity associated with the Dabbies platform.
2. Why Fraud Prevention Matters
Dabbies provides data to customers who rely on the authenticity, relevance, and quality of collected information. Fraudulent or manipulated submissions can therefore affect more than a single account.
Fraud can reduce the quality of datasets, create financial losses, interfere with legitimate contributors, compromise customer projects, and undermine trust in the Dabbies platform.
Dabbies may therefore use reasonable safeguards to protect the integrity of its services and the people and organizations that rely on them.
3. One Person, One Account
Unless Dabbies expressly permits otherwise, each contributor may maintain only one contributor account.
Creating additional accounts to obtain additional task access, signup bonuses, referral rewards, withdrawal opportunities, or other platform benefits is prohibited.
Using different email addresses to create multiple accounts does not create separate eligibility for a person who is already registered on Dabbies.
Dabbies may use account, device, verification, transaction, referral, and other relevant signals to identify possible duplicate accounts.
4. False or Misleading Information
Contributors must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining a Dabbies account.
You must not impersonate another person, use another person's identity, intentionally provide fabricated information, or misrepresent information for the purpose of gaining access to tasks, bonuses, referrals, payments, or other benefits.
Providing inaccurate information unintentionally is different from intentionally manipulating information. Where appropriate, Dabbies may provide an opportunity to correct legitimate mistakes.
5. Fraudulent Task Submissions
Dabbies expects task submissions to represent genuine participation in the applicable task.
Prohibited submission behavior may include fabricating information, deliberately submitting irrelevant material, repeatedly submitting the same material when duplication is not permitted, manipulating recordings or images, deliberately bypassing task requirements, or submitting material that was not collected in accordance with the instructions.
Where a task specifically requires original human-generated material, using automated or artificially generated material instead of genuine participation may constitute prohibited activity.
Dabbies may review submissions using automated checks, human review, or both.
6. Duplicate and Reused Submissions
Contributors must not submit the same material repeatedly to obtain additional compensation where the applicable task requires unique submissions.
Material that has been previously submitted through another account must not be reused to create additional earnings or task credits unless the task expressly permits such reuse.
Dabbies may compare submissions and related technical or account information where reasonably necessary to identify suspected duplication or manipulation.
7. Referral Abuse
Referral codes are provided to allow contributors to invite genuine new participants to Dabbies.
Contributors must not use their own referral code to create or control additional accounts for the purpose of earning referral rewards.
Contributors must not create fake registrations, purchase registrations, manipulate referral attribution, coordinate artificial referral activity, or otherwise attempt to generate referral rewards without genuine qualifying participation.
Dabbies may review referral relationships, registration patterns, account information, and qualifying activity when investigating suspected referral abuse.
8. Bonus Abuse
Promotional bonuses are intended for eligible contributors who satisfy the conditions of the applicable promotion.
Creating duplicate accounts, manipulating verification, exploiting technical errors, or otherwise attempting to obtain a bonus more than once when the promotion is limited to eligible new contributors is prohibited.
Dabbies may cancel, withhold, or reverse a bonus where there is a reasonable basis to determine that it was obtained through prohibited activity.
9. Withdrawal and Payment Abuse
Contributors must provide accurate payment information and must only request withdrawals for funds legitimately associated with their account.
Attempts to manipulate balances, exploit payment errors, interfere with payment processing, use another person's payment account without authorization, or obtain funds through fraudulent activity are prohibited.
Dabbies may temporarily delay a withdrawal while relevant account or transaction activity is reviewed.
Where fraudulent activity is established, Dabbies may decline or reverse an affected transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable payment provider's rules.
10. Verification and Identity Protection
Dabbies may require additional verification when necessary to protect accounts, process withdrawals, prevent duplicate accounts, or investigate suspicious activity.
Verification information must belong to the person legitimately using the account unless Dabbies expressly provides another procedure.
Attempting to bypass verification, submitting another person's verification information, or manipulating verification systems is prohibited.
11. Phone and Payment-Account Verification
Where Dabbies requires telephone or payment-account verification, the purpose may include confirming account ownership and reducing duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
A verification method may impose limits on how many Dabbies accounts can legitimately be associated with the same verification identifier.
Attempting to bypass such limits through temporary, fabricated, borrowed, or unauthorized verification details may be treated as prohibited activity.
12. Automated Abuse and Technical Manipulation
Dabbies may use automated technology to operate certain platform functions and to identify suspicious activity.
Contributors must not use bots, scripts, automated submission systems, scraping mechanisms, modified clients, exploits, or other unauthorized technical methods to manipulate tasks, submissions, referrals, bonuses, balances, withdrawals, rankings, or other platform functionality.
Attempting to discover or exploit vulnerabilities for personal benefit rather than responsibly reporting the issue may also result in account restrictions.
13. Account Sharing and Impersonation
A Dabbies contributor account is intended for the individual to whom it belongs.
You must not give another person access to your account for the purpose of completing tasks, collecting earnings, claiming bonuses, making referrals, or performing other activities on your behalf.
You must not access another person's Dabbies account without authorization.
14. Collusion and Coordinated Abuse
Dabbies may investigate coordinated activity where multiple accounts appear to be working together to manipulate tasks, submissions, referrals, bonuses, withdrawals, verification, or another platform process.
Coordinated abuse may include organizing artificial account registrations, sharing accounts, exchanging fraudulent submissions, manipulating referral relationships, or intentionally bypassing platform restrictions.
15. How Dabbies Detects Suspicious Activity
Dabbies may use a combination of automated systems, transaction monitoring, submission analysis, account information, verification processes, human review, and other reasonable methods to identify potentially suspicious activity.
Signals may include unusual account behavior, repeated submissions, conflicting account information, unusual referral patterns, payment irregularities, verification issues, or other activity that requires review.
A single signal does not necessarily establish fraud. Dabbies may consider multiple factors and relevant information before taking action.
16. Automated Systems and Human Review
Dabbies may use automated systems to identify patterns or activity that may require further investigation.
Automated detection may be followed by human review where appropriate.
Because automated systems can identify activity for review without establishing wrongdoing on their own, Dabbies may request additional information or verification before reaching a final decision in certain circumstances.
17. Temporary Account Restrictions
Where activity requires investigation, Dabbies may temporarily restrict specific account functions.
Depending on the circumstances, this may affect task participation, submissions, bonuses, referrals, or withdrawals.
A temporary restriction does not necessarily mean that Dabbies has determined that a contributor committed fraud. It may be used while relevant information is being reviewed.
18. Rejection, Withholding, or Reversal of Rewards
Where a task submission, referral, bonus, or transaction is found to have resulted from prohibited activity, Dabbies may reject the affected submission or withhold, cancel, or reverse the associated reward to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Actions may be limited to affected activity where the available evidence supports doing so. More serious or repeated violations may result in broader account restrictions.
19. Account Suspension or Termination
Dabbies may suspend or terminate an account where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the account has engaged in fraud, attempted fraud, serious abuse, repeated violations, or other prohibited conduct.
Dabbies may also take action where continued access to the account creates a significant risk to the security, financial integrity, data quality, customers, or other contributors on the platform.
Where appropriate and permitted by applicable law, Dabbies may provide information about the reason for an account restriction.
20. False Fraud Reports
Dabbies encourages contributors to report genuine concerns about fraud, abuse, or account security.
However, knowingly submitting false reports against another contributor for the purpose of harming that person, interfering with their account, or obtaining an unfair advantage is prohibited.
21. Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you believe that your account has been compromised, that someone is using your information without authorization, or that another person is attempting to manipulate the Dabbies platform, you should contact Dabbies through the official support or contact channel.
Reports should contain enough information for Dabbies to understand the issue. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in a report.
22. Reviews and Appeals
If your account or activity has been restricted and Dabbies provides an appeal or review process for the relevant action, you may use that process to provide additional information or explain the circumstances.
Dabbies may review information provided through an appeal and may request additional verification where reasonably necessary.
The availability of an appeal, the information required, and the outcome of a review may depend on the nature of the action and the applicable circumstances.
23. Cooperation With Investigations
Dabbies may investigate suspicious activity internally and may cooperate with payment providers, service providers, customers, law-enforcement authorities, regulators, or other appropriate parties where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect the platform and its users.
Any disclosure will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Dabbies Privacy Policy.
24. Evidence and Records
Dabbies may maintain records relating to account activity, submissions, transactions, referrals, verification, security events, and investigations where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes.
Retention of such records does not necessarily mean that a contributor has committed fraud. Records may be retained to support ordinary security and operational processes.
25. No Guarantee Against Fraud
Dabbies uses safeguards intended to reduce fraud and abuse, but no online platform can guarantee that fraudulent activity will never occur.
Dabbies may continue to improve its systems and procedures as new forms of abuse are identified.
26. Changes to This Policy
Dabbies may update this Anti-Fraud Policy as its platform, security systems, payment processes, referral programs, verification procedures, or legal and operational requirements change.
The "Last updated" date at the beginning of this policy indicates when it was most recently revised.
27. Relationship With Other Dabbies Policies
This Anti-Fraud Policy should be read together with the Dabbies Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Withdrawal Policy, Bonus & Referral Policy, and any task-specific requirements that apply to your activity.
If another Dabbies policy contains additional requirements for a particular feature or activity, those requirements may also apply.
28. Contact Dabbies
If you believe your account has been incorrectly restricted, your account has been compromised, or you need to report suspected fraudulent activity, contact Dabbies through our official contact channel.
29. Acknowledgement
By using Dabbies, you agree not to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, manipulative, or abusive activity and understand that Dabbies may use reasonable measures to protect the integrity of the platform.
Protecting the accuracy of collected data and ensuring that platform rewards reach legitimate contributors is a shared responsibility between Dabbies and its contributor community.
